ABOUT

Forming in early 2012, Thirteen Cadillacs were started by brothers Patrick and Kevin Corrigan. Patrick (guitarist from Universal Recording Artist Revolution Kill Pill) moved to Cleveland from Los Angeles and Kevin (Wabash Cannonballs/Session player) from Chicago respectfully, the two had always wanted to play together in a permanent location. They need not look further for a frontman from their childhood home then their father, DC. DC, a regular on the Northeast Ohio music scene for many years, with tenders in The Deja Voodoo Band and The Rick Ray Band. DC actually stalked the venues of Cleveland's "Golden Years" of 70's era rock that Patrick and Kevin have only heard stories about. Recruiting Jason, a young Lake County drum prodigy in his own right, to round out an extremely diverse and talented quartet. Thirteen Cadillacs were born.

A year or two passed while the band was paying dues in local clubs and getting the word out that they were a fun band to go and see when DC's original band Deja Voodoo folded after 18 years. Mark Verba, who has been a dominant guitarist on the Cleveland blues and rock scene for years was looking for a gig. Calls where placed, strings were pulled (and bended... literally) and Mark jammed with the band. It was obvious that the chemistry was right and the band quickly developed a twin guitar sound echoing the likes of many great guitar bands from the classic days of rock and roll.

Taking the name from an old story about Elvis Presley, who once walked into a Memphis Tennessee Cadillac dealership and bought himself 12 Cadillacs (plus one, for a lucky female fan who happened to recognize him there), the band has a knack for Rock N Roll the way it used to be played... loud and groovy...
